Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FieldFox Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

FieldFox Pro is a cloud-based Field Service Management (FSM) platform that provides:

  • Work order management and scheduling
  • Team coordination and role-based access
  • Invoice and payment processing
  • Client relationship management
  • Timesheet tracking and reporting
  • Multi-organization management (SaaS)

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for the Platform, measured monthly, excluding planned maintenance windows. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of SLA breach, affected organizations will receive service credits as follows:

  • 99.0% - 99.9%: 10% credit of monthly fee
  • 95.0% - 99.0%: 25% credit of monthly fee
  • Below 95.0%: 50% credit of monthly fee

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security (recommended).
  • Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Not attempt to access other organizations' data or bypass security controls.
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches immediately.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We do not claim any ownership rights to your work orders, invoices, client data, or other business information. Upon subscription termination, you may request a full data export.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pricing tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) include different feature sets and usage limits. Changes to subscription tiers take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit
  • Row-Level Security for multi-tenant data isolation
  • TOTP-based Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Comprehensive audit logging
  • Regular security assessments

8. Support

Support is available via email at support@contact.ipoctet.com. Response times by tier:

  • Enterprise: 1-hour response, 24/7 critical support
  • Professional: 4-hour response, business hours
  • Starter: 24-hour response, business hours

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldFox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators.
